Tranquility
At Serenity we offer a relaxed atmosphere and a way for you to leave your busy day for a little while. In consideration of others we request that cell phones and pagers are set to a silent mode or turned off.
Appointments
We ask if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment to please give us 24 hours notice. Please note that a late arrival may mean a decrease of your appointment time or rescheduling for another day so our next guest is able to start at their reserved time.
Gratuities
Salon services, spa treatments and gift certificates do not include gratuities.
Feedback
We feel that any feedback is good feedback. If you feel your expectations have not been met in any way, please let us know as we would love the opportunity to make things just right. It is essential to us that you leave feeling you were given the best treatment possible. We have a no money return policy on all services.
