At Serenity, we believe that education is one of the most important aspects of our business. All of our staff are committed to keeping up to date with current techniques and products. We have a strong relationship with our product companies and attend various educational courses and seminars presented by Bumble and bumble and L'oreal Professionnel. We also carry out an ongoing in-house education program which involves regular training sessions for all of our staff.

Commitment to You

In the salon, we offer a true west coast feel by featuring the photographic talent of Mindy Dick, a local artist who we feel completely captures the beauty of Vancouver Island. The first time we met her, she had a camera around her neck and asked if she could take a picture of one of our displays. We offer complimentary organic tea from Victoria's Silk Road tea shop and the organic coffee from Nanaimo's Java Expressions is always being brewed! Silk Road tea is also available for purchase in take-home tins.

We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality of service possible every time for each of our clients, as well as creating a welcoming atmosphere. With the right mixture of relaxation, information, and fun, our staff will provide you with an experience to rave about!
